1. Agreement

These Terms govern your use of the TextShare Android app and TextShare shared
web links. By using TextShare, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do
not use the service.

2. The service

TextShare provides simple plain-text sharing through unlisted links. An Android
owner may create/manage links; a person with a link may access it according to
its access mode. TextShare is not a public publishing service, backup service,
emergency service, legal record system or secure vault.

3. Links and access

Links are not publicly listed or searchable by TextShare. However, a link can be
forwarded, copied or viewed by anyone to whom it is shared. The owner is
responsible for choosing recipients, using password protection where appropriate,
and understanding that passwords and links can be shared by recipients. Do not
rely on TextShare for information requiring guaranteed confidentiality,
availability or permanent storage.

4. Your content and responsibility

You retain responsibility for text you create, share or edit. You must have the
rights and permissions needed for your content. You must not use TextShare to:

- break applicable law or infringe another person's rights;
- distribute malware, phishing material, fraud, spam or harmful code;
- harass, threaten, exploit or unlawfully expose another person's private data;
- interfere with service security, access controls, advertising, payments or
  other users' links; or
- attempt to gain unauthorized access to TextShare systems or content.

5. Editing and expiry

TextShare allows only one active editor for a link at a time. Network loss,
session expiry or another editor's valid lock may prevent a save. You are
responsible for reviewing important text before relying on it.

Links expire on the date selected by the owner. They become inaccessible
immediately at expiry and are permanently deleted seven days later. An expired
link cannot be restored or extended. You must keep your own copy of any content
you need to retain.

6. Free actions, advertising and premium

For free owners, creating a link or saving existing link settings requires a
verified rewarded-ad credit, unless another option is presented by TextShare.
Watching an ad does not guarantee an action until server verification succeeds.
Browser participants never need to watch an ad or pay to open/edit a permitted
link.

Premium is a monthly auto-renewing subscription purchased through Google Play.
Pricing, tax, renewal, cancellation, refunds and payment are governed by Google
Play and the purchase terms shown at checkout. Premium access depends on a valid,
verified subscription and may end when Google Play reports cancellation, expiry,
refund, revocation or payment failure.

7. Service changes and suspension

We may change, suspend or discontinue features to operate, protect, improve or
comply with law. We may suspend access where reasonably necessary to address
security, fraud, abuse, legal risk or these Terms. We will make reasonable
efforts to give notice for material changes when practical.

8. Disclaimers

TextShare is provided "as is" and "as available" to the maximum extent allowed
by law. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, error-free operation,
permanent retention, compatibility with every device/browser, or that recipients
will keep shared information confidential.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by applicable law, Jonghyeon Kim and TextShare are
not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages,
or loss of content, profits, data or business opportunity arising from use of or
inability to use TextShare. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot
lawfully be excluded.

10. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, except where
mandatory consumer-protection law requires otherwise. Courts with jurisdiction in
the Republic of Korea will handle disputes, subject to mandatory law.

11. Changes and contact

We may update these Terms by publishing a revised effective date. Continuing to
use TextShare after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms where
permitted by law. Contact hello@gurum.app with questions.

TextShare는 단순한 공유 텍스트 서비스이며 백업·금고·긴급 서비스가 아닙니다. 링크는 공개
검색되지 않지만 전달될 수 있으므로 공유 책임은 사용자에게 있습니다. 링크는 만료 즉시 접근이
차단되고 7일 뒤 영구 삭제되며 복구할 수 없습니다. 무료 생성/설정 저장은 검증된 보상형 광고
권한이 필요할 수 있고, 프리미엄 결제는 Google Play 정책을 따릅니다.
